Recently, the University of Maryland Robert Smith School of Business studied the salaries of IT professionals from 1992 to 22 and discovered that an MBA increased salaries of participants by 46 percent. An MBA enhances both the marketability and the capability of professionals allowing them to earn promotions and land better paying jobs.
